WOW, it has been 10 years today since John and I made it official and became a couple!!! In that 10 years we have gone through A LOT!! From me graduating HS, to him moving out on his own, me going away to school and him following a year later, to getting married, and having 2 beautiful children. I wouldn't change the last 10 years for anything!! I can't believe it has been that long already!!!
I know that once you get married you typically don't celebrate dating anniversaries, but I'm a goober and still at least acknowledge them. Since it is 10 years today, I thought it deserved some recognition!! John and I weren't able to go out for our wedding anniversary just shy of a month ago, because of family being in town, and because we went out to a nice dinner while on our weekend getaway during July. We figured we would save it for now!! So, since this "dating" anniversary falls on a Wednesday, we are going to shoot for going out on Saturday!
Who ever thought that John and I would be still going strong 10 years later....ok, most everyone of our friends said that we would grow old together!!! That was back when we first started dating too!!! Look at us now!!!
Aidan took this one....it was in our kitchen while we were making dinner/feeding the baby/putting dishes away.
Us at Brookie's baptism...not great but it's one of the most recent. We were up on the alter hence no smiles.....
**We obviously don't take many pictures of the two of us....better change that. Then again I'm in next to no pictures!**

Congratulations. Lucas and I totally celebrate our dating anniversary ... which is the same as our knowing each other anniversary, which is the same as New Year's. Whatever.
